It’s the 2nd Annual Snohomish BrewFest on Friday and Saturday, October 26 and 27. This year, Snohomish BrewFest has added some great new activities, including a 20 Mile and 10 Mile Bicycle Ride!

On Saturday morning, join the Snohomish Bicycle Committee for either a 10-mile bike ride along the Centennial Trail from the Snohomish Senior Center to Dubuque Rd. and back OR a 20-mile bike ride along the Centennial Trail from Snohomish Senior Center to the Lake Cassidy trailhead and back. Check in opens at 8:30am.

This family friendly bicycle cruise is only $25/rider, or $50 for ride PLUS entry to the Snohomish BrewFest event! Riders will get early entry into the Fest starting at 11:00am. All proceeds from the ride will benefit the City of Snohomish’s continued success at making Snohomish a Bicycle Friendly Community. For more information and pre-registration visit HERE.

Brickyard Brewing partnered with Bob’s Corn and Pumpkin Patch of Snohomish to create a Pumpkin Beer that will debut and be poured exclusively at the Fest. Also Skagit River Brewing will be pouring a Farm to Market ESB that rarely is poured at Festivals. The Pike Brewing Company will share their Harlot’s Harvest Pike Pumpkin Ale. Guests will be encouraged to vote for their favorite beer to give the winning brewery The SnohoBrewFest Idol Award.

Plus, on display during the Fest will be the official Giant Snohomish BrewFest Pumpkin grown by Ron Barker of Sumner and weighing in at over 900lbs! The Giant Pumpkin will be sculpted by master carver Russ Leno. Russ has been carving pumpkins professionally since 1995.

You are invited to watch Russ sculpt the giant pumpkin on Thursday, October 25 beginning at 5:30pm at the Snohomish Senior Center, 506 Fourth Street, Snohomish, WA.

The ticket price for the Snohomish BrewFest includes the Original Snohomish Sausage Dinner (or a vegetarian option) created exclusively by Kelso Kustom Meats of Snohomish and 5 tasting tokens with a 1-day ticket at $25, or 10 tokens with a 2-day ticket at $35. Extra tokens will be available for a purchase price of $1/each. All tokens are good for one 4-oz. tasting. Designated drivers can purchase tickets for $15.

In addition to beer tasting and eating, you can enjoy live music from Plan B, Beth Whitney and Dynamite Limbo, sample ciders and mead wine and watch live brewing demos.
